PROJECT COST - FIFTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS

Coordinated all construction work between the other prime contractors and all sub-contractors. Responsible for negotiating and submitting payment requisitions and change orders with the owner, New York City Department of Water Resources. Developed the C.P.M. Schedule for the project and was responsible for the monthly updates.

PROJECT COST - FIFTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS

Responsible for a waterfront operation that included the excavation for the driving of wood piles, the construction of pile caps, the driving and pouring of concrete filled steel pipe piles, the installation of a retractable fender system, and the construction of an eighty four (84) inch outfall pipeline.
