Renovation Services

We begin each renovation project by performing a Property Inspection Report.  This report presents the results of a field study and includes a description of architectural elements, existing conditions and recommendations for remedial work.  Recommendations for remedial repair are presented in a prioritized summary of needed work: first identifying critical conditions requiring immediate attention for safety reasons; followed by work scopes addressing issues that need to be scheduled in the near future to maintain the structural integrity of the building and finally outlining conditions that can be dealt with in a recommended deferred maintenance program.  All of our study reports include information on estimated construction costs for each work scope.
